Welcome to The Travel Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, submitting a service inquiry, purchasing travel planning or concierge services, or receiving recommendations from The Travel Collective LLC, you (“client,” “traveler,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
The Travel Collective LLC is a travel concierge and advisory service that provides travel research, itinerary design, planning assistance, travel management, and booking guidance.
We operate as an independent contractor and do not own, operate, or control the hotels, airlines, cruise lines, rental companies, tour operators, homeowners, theme parks, booking platforms, or other suppliers (“Suppliers”) used in your travel arrangements.
Our services may include:
Custom travel research
Accommodation and transportation recommendations
Itinerary design and planning
Group travel coordination
Theme park and experience planning
Booking assistance through approved suppliers (when permitted)
Concierge-style support before and during travel
We may assist with coordinating reservations, but all final bookings are made by the client unless arranged through a Supplier that legally permits third-party travel agent bookings.
You acknowledge and agree that Suppliers are independent entities not controlled by The Travel Collective LLC.
We are not responsible or liable for:
Supplier actions, errors, omissions, or negligence
Changes in availability, pricing, or amenities
Cancellations, travel interruptions, force majeure events
Acts of nature, weather, epidemics, or government restrictions
Property conditions, safety issues, or misrepresentations
Platform policies (e.g., Airbnb’s prohibition on third-party bookings)
All bookings are subject to each Supplier’s individual terms, conditions, rules, and contracts. You agree to review and comply with all Supplier policies.
Certain platforms (including Airbnb) do not allow third-party bookings.
In these cases:
The Travel Collective LLC will provide recommendations and advisory support
The client must complete the booking under their own account
The Travel Collective LLC is not liable for host decisions, cancellations, or platform enforcement actions.
Planning fees, concierge fees, and itinerary design fees charged by The Travel Collective LLC are non-refundable once services have begun.
Trip research begins immediately after payment is received.
Supplier payments, deposits, and fees are subject to Supplier policies and deadlines.
Failure to pay a Supplier on time may result in cancellation or loss of services.
Supplier refunds are solely governed by their terms, not ours.
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate traveler information
Review and verify all confirmations, names, dates, and details
Adhere to all Supplier terms, rules, and property guidelines
Maintain valid identification, passports, visas, and travel documents
Inform us immediately of any changes or corrections needed
Respect payment deadlines and cancellation policies
We are not liable for costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

Illness, injury, accidents, or death
Theft, loss, or damage to personal property
Delays, closures, missed connections, or schedule changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Travel Collective LLC is not liable for:
